Got in 3 times in the week, I'm happy with my record. First time in a wetsuit, then twice in swim togs, cos I needed it on my bare legs post-hike. Refreshing? Definitely! And much nicer than a cold plunge pool because you can move around.

Bass coast coastal walk, it's meant to be 8km from Kilcunda to Punch Bowl but of course you have to walk back, so my watch said 17.8km all up, including a wrong turn (the tide was too high for a beach crossing).

So pleased that for the first time in forever nothing hurt 😁 sure my thighs were burning on the hills but
my dodgy ankles behaved themselves.
