Alora’s dreams is a gorgeous book, written by psychiatrist James Shelly. We have copies in the office so have a look next time you’re in!

To our valued clients and partners,

Due to an increased admin load currently, we are changing the hours during which our phones will be answered by our admin team.

Beginning on Wednesday the 1st October, our phones will be unattended during the hours of 12pm and 2pm each day.

If you call during this time, you will hear a voice message that lets you know that the phones are unattended and directs you to call outside of these hours or to send through an email with your query.

Our phones will be attended as usual from 9am - 12pm and 2pm - 5pm, Monday to Friday, as well as 10am - 12pm every second Saturday.

We are hoping that this will provide our reception team with time to catch up on the large amount of administrative work and subsequently, to be able to be more present to phone calls in the morning and afternoon.

Did you know that we have a range of cool therapy tools and resources that you can buy when you’re in for a visit? Things like theraputty, writing and grip tools, fine motor aids and fidget toys. Just ask your OT or our friendly receptionists for more info.

It’s pyjama week at Crisalida and we are embracing it! Today’s rain is not bothering us at all, cause we’re in our Uggs and oodies and robes and are staying warm and cosy, all in the name of raising money to support kids living in foster care.
