Huge shoutout to my boy Zac for smashing out Jacob’s Ladder with me this morning — after already doing TWO sessions with me AND committing to Jacob’s even after working night shift! WOW 🤩

I’m always blown away when someone has every valid reason to skip a workout — long hours, night shifts, zero sleep — but still chooses to show up for their fitness, their health, and their wellbeing. That takes heart, discipline, and serious character.

And honestly… the transformation I’m seeing in Zac, both physically and mentally, is absolute proof of what stepping out of your comfort zone can do. I’m super proud of you, mate — and you definitely pushed me today too! Keep rising. 🔥💪✨

Stay consistent with your training. Stay committed to the habits you’re building. Stay true to the promises you made to yourself.

These amazing women chose to rise early on a Sunday morning and take on a challenge that, for some, was completely new—and for all of us, still pushes the limits every single time. Jacob’s Ladder is no joke. Your lungs burn, your legs shake, and every step reminds you that you’re truly alive.

But what a powerful way to grow your fitness. What a breathtaking reward waiting at the top each round with stunning view of our beautiful city. And most of all—what a privilege it is to share the climb with a group of driven, supportive, unstoppable women who not only push themselves, but lift each other higher.

Thank you, ladies, for an incredible morning. Your energy, determination, and encouragement made every step worth it. I can’t wait to do it again with you

Hey crew! As we head into the very first weekend of this 8-week journey, stay focused, intentional, and proud of the work you’ve already begun.

Weekends can be a sneaky trap, so go in with a plan. Know your schedule, know your habits, and be ready to choose the actions that support your goals—not derail them.

Yes, recharge. Yes, rejuvenate. But walk that line with purpose. Don’t slip into autopilot or let old patterns steal the momentum you’ve built.

You’ve set big goals for a reason. Keep them front of mind, stay accountable, and let this weekend be proof that you’re stronger, more committed, and more capable than ever.

Sometimes even as coaches, we need a little nudge to look after our own workouts, our own minds, and our own bodies. I’m genuinely blessed to be surrounded by clients who lift me up just as much as I aim to lift them. Case in point: Julie. She inspired me today and even welcomed me to jump in and train during her session.

Grateful for the people who remind us to keep showing up—inside and out.

I want to take a moment to celebrate an incredible woman, client, and human being: Sharmy.

I call her my little quiet achiever, because that’s exactly who she is. Behind her gentle presence is a remarkable strength. She has pushed through excuses, reasons, and very real obstacles—many of which would stop most people in their tracks—to create meaningful change in her life. But here’s the incredible part: Sharmy had every reason to struggle—night shift is just one example—but she never let those reasons become roadblocks. She kept showing up. She kept choosing herself. She embraced all that I threw at her, even the extra homework workouts I’d prescribed.

I’ve never been a big fan of “before and after” photos. Too often, they’re used as quick-fix marketing tools. The truth is, the real transformation doesn’t happen in the photos—it happens in the space between them. In the hours no one sees. In the sacrifice. In the mental battles. In the discipline, the impulse control, the small choices made over and over again.

It’s people like Sharmy who continually remind me that your reasons don’t have to become excuses, and your obstacles don’t have to define your outcome. She is living proof that with courage, consistency and heart, you can achieve exactly what you set your mind to.

Proud of you, Sharmy. Truly

A massive thank you to everyone who sacrificed their Sunday to join the pre-reset meeting. Your honesty, your stories, your struggles, your goals, your hopes—every bit of it set the tone for an incredibly powerful start.

Thank you for being brave. Thank you for lifting each other up. And thank you for sharing ideas and suggestions that even I hadn’t thought of—seriously, you all came in on fire! 🔥
