This one meant a lot. Iโve been told after multiple knee surgeries not to runโฆ but here we are.
Iโve taken inspiration from a couple of patients recently and finally followed the same advice I give them (der ๐).
Today I finished something I honestly never thought was possible โ and it feels unreal.
