Reiki and Sound Healing is my go to medicine...I have a dose of it every day...how lucky am I?

It instantly takes me off- line, sort of speak.

How do you go off line?

Yes I know you can just turn off all of you electronics, but I mean how do you dis- connect yourself from all the everyday stuff that can sway you out of balance?

I find taking time for myself to recharge my energy is crucial.

Just like going to the hairdressers when needed.

Just like your car needing a tune up, so does our own internal computer system, it needs to be unplugged and re-booted, especially this time of the year, even more regular servicing is needed.

✨️What is it that your holding onto too tightly that could be blocking your flow?

✨️What would it look like for you if you trusted yourself to not force moving forward and just took the next step that flowed effortlessly?

This Full Moon is also resonates with the element of Earth, so maybe its time for you to ground fully into yoyr purpose, your dream, letting go of the strangle hold that hasn't been allowing you to breathe, nourish; abd see clearly on how to move forward
