The role of the lymphatic system has always been of paramount importance in holistic therapies…..

When the lymphatic system does not work well, the resulting condition is known as congestion (inflammation and swelling) or toxic overload.
Congestion is a form of lymphatic stagnation caused by a number of factors such as lack of movement, chronic stress, dehydration and toxin exposure that can all contribute to a sluggish lymphatic system.

Lymphatic problems can be relieved by using specific lymphatic drainage techniques.
