So Narin copped a T-Ball bat to the mouth. Few stitches and one week later. All he has been using is DōTERRA’s Correct-X around his whole mouth as it was quite swollen 🙈 with Frankincense, Helichrysum, Tea Tree, Cedarwood and Lavender this has been a life saver!

To protect myself in the Winter this is what I do 💛
I made a roller over the weekend for Narin and myself. Oregano, On Guard, Easy Air, Tea Tree, Frankincense. You could also add Eucalyptus to the blend. We roll it under our feet before we go to work. Also diffusing On Guard, Eucalyptus and Easy Air 🧡 roll Easy Air touch over your chest.
I also have Oregano and On Guard with a little bit of coconut oil in a capsule to help keep the immune system and keep nasties away.

This is a beautiful touching story. Special needs or not. We need Frankincense in our lives 🧡 it is so powerful. They even gave it to baby Jesus for a reason 🙏

Clean the bin then put paper towels, or cotton pads on the bottom and a few drops of whatever Essential Oil you like. Here I did Lemongrass 💛 then put in the bag. I use the Eco friendly. Not the scented bags 🙂
