✨ Meet Trevor Berryman! ✨
Trevor is our Team Leader – Support Coordination here at Just Better Care, and he’s someone who truly leads with heart and purpose. 💙

Originally from Home Hill, Trevor is known for his friendly nature, love of teamwork, and his deep commitment to helping NDIS participants achieve their goals. Whether he’s supporting someone through a new plan or lifting up his team, Trevor brings positivity and care to everything he does.

Outside of work, Trevor is all about rhythm and movement — playing keyboard and singing in a band, keeping active, and diving into a good YouTube rabbit hole when he gets the chance. 🎹🎤💪

When it comes to food, he’s firmly on Team Curry (just like Karla!) — and he never says no to a spicy dish.
One of the most incredible things about Trevor? He sponsors five boys in Brazil and one girl in India — and he’s travelled to meet every one of them. 💛 That heart for connection and global community is something we truly admire.

His travel bucket list includes returning to Brazil and India, and adding Japan to the mix for his next adventure. 🌏✈️

We’re so lucky to have Trevor’s leadership, warmth, and global perspective on our team.
