Today is World Mental Health Day, and I'm sure we can all agree that stress can have a huge impact on our mental well being.
We live in a world where stress triggers are inevitable... But can we choose how to respond to the triggers in order to maintain a healthy mind and body.😀
When I have times of stress, I feel into the energy and choose to discharge it..🤸♂️
There are many healthy ways to do the discharge, without having to have a temper tantrum or emotional breakdown!
