Have you met Megan? 🀩 Megan is one of our awesome Occupational Therapists, with over 18 years of clinical experience working with children, adolescents, and adults.

Megan gets the best of both worlds in the NT – living in tropical Darwin and regularly travelling to Alice Springs to support participants in Central Australia. ✈️

Megan says, 'Alice has such a warm, welcoming and friendly community. The caseload is diverse, and the clinical experience is unlike anywhere else. Weekends are best spent visiting the West Macs or going for dinner at Alice Springs Brewing Co.'

Last week Relationships Australia Northern Territory delivered an Introduction to Workplace Wellbeing session for our staff.

Team members from across Carpentaria's programs came together to reflect on the meaning of wellbeing, why it's essential to nurture, practical ways to notice when their own wellbeing might be declining and what steps to take in response.

Fostering a supportive workplace culture that promotes wellbeing and work/life balance ensures our staff are well equipped to be their best selves, and to support people with disability to live their best life, too.
