What a beautiful final class of the year this morning and a huge thank you to all who attended ✨💛💫 2025 has been an incredibly full year. A full schedule of classes each week, 2 magical retreats, so many community events and fun collaborations. I am so grateful that I get to do what I love every day. And I am so grateful to each one of you. Your strength, consistency, and dedication are things to be proud of. Even on the hardest days, I always feel so much better after teaching and sharing beautiful energy with you all. You are what makes this community so special and I certainly couldn’t do this without you 💛💛💛
Thank you for your continued support. I hope you all have a beautiful holiday season, however you are spending it. Here’s to more good moves and good chats with good people in 2026 ✨💪💫 I am so excited for what’s to come!

Wowza, what a year ✨🥲🤯💫💛 2025 has been an incredibly full year- so many beautiful moments, community events and collaborations, good moves and good chats with good people, retreat memories, and time outside and exploring more of this beautiful country I am grateful to live in.
And wow it was such a challenging year too. If you found this year particularly difficult, you are not alone. These photos are just some highlights. Behind the scenes there were lots of tears, grief, uncertainty, self-doubt. Plenty of times where I questioned my worth, my purpose, and my future. The world has felt extra heavy and so many events this year absolutely heartbreaking.
You can feel grateful and still struggle.
The world can be terrible and beautiful.
You don’t have to constantly progress and improve each year (actually it’s kind of impossible).
Take some time as this year closes to acknowledge yourself for all you have done this year. All the times you’ve shown up for yourself. All the little wins and small moments. You’re probably doing a lot better than you think you are, so give yourself some credit 🫶💛✨

Last week of Term 4, I can’t believe it 🤯 Term 1 starts the week of February 2. If you’re wanting to keep your movement practice (and core!) strong this summer, never fear! We’ve got you covered with our Summer Sessions all January long!
I’ll be teaching my normal class schedule from January 5. All summer classes are available to book on the A2 Pilates website 🙌💫

This audio really resonated with me. How often do we put things off or put our dreams or goals on hold? Always thinking we have more time. A few things that happened recently have really put this into perspective for me.
Stop waiting, start living. Here’s to making more memories in 2026 and doing more of the things we always said we were going to do. Don’t wait to get out there and experience life 💛

Happy December, happy summer everyone! (even though it’s not feeling very summery today 😅☀️💛)
Each season, I love making a list of glimmers, or little things to get excited about or notice more. I also like to make a list of things I want to make a point to do. Sometimes the weeks fly by so quickly that if I don’t make an active effort to get out there and do or see something new, I forget or get to the weekend and I’m too tired that I can’t be bothered.
Our favorite activity last summer was Saturday afternoons at the Tocumwal pool. I left my phone at home, grabbed a book, took dips when it got too hot, and always ended the afternoon with a Golden Gaytime. Perfection!
This weekend we got a Christmas tree and decorated for the first time in like 3 years and it’s got me feeling all festive! We’ve been talking about our favorite Christmas movies in classes today, so I put together a little list of my personal favs. It’s very American/winter Christmas focused since that’s what I grew up with!
