🟠16 Days of Activism 🟠
25th Nov - 10th Dec

16 Days is a global campaign established by the United Nations to raise awareness and encourage communities to take action to end violence against women. The annual campaign begins on 25 November, the International Day of Elimination of Violence Against Women, and ends on 10 December, which is International Human Rights Day.

Everyone deserves to be safe, equal and respected.
But right now, in Australia, that isn’t the reality.
More than 1 in 3 women have experienced violence.
Not all disrespect leads to violence against women – but all violence against women begins with disrespect.

All of us have the power to change that by respecting women wherever we live, learn, work and play.

Join the 16 Days of Activism and help build communities where women are safe and equal. It all starts with respect.

IT changes are scheduled at Kyabram District Health Service (KDHS) over the weekend of 21st to 23rd November. This work is expected to disrupt network and applications from Friday afternoon at Kyabram, Tongala and Stanhope locations.

KDHS staff are preparing alternative processes to continue care.

The work is a significant milestone in the transition to Hume Rural Health Alliance supporting Kyabram District Health Service for better sharing of information, more streamline clinical processes and technology standardisation.
