It seems obvious doesn't it! However, so many parents are uncomfortable talking about s*x with their kids. I recently gave my friend's daughter a beautiful silk v***a puppet for her 13th Birthday and her mum freaked out and called it ugly and inappropriate. She also added that all v***as were hideous looking. What message do you think this sent to her daughter about her own body? What messages do you think that the girl had already received about her body from watching mainstream po*******hy?
The work to educate about s*xuality and reduce shame and the impact of trauma for people is such important work that has a trickle down effect on future generations.

I got to thinking about the word s*xy and what it means for me as a 55 year old woman rapidly approaching menopause.
When I was younger, I thought s*xy was all about how many approving looks I got from a low neckline or a short skirt, or the desire in men for my body. Things have changed. I have changed.
Nowadays my understanding of s*xy directly relates to how I'm feeling from the inside out instead of from the other way around. My s*xy mojo motor is important to me. I know that it's connected to my creativity, my passion for life, my vitality, and my identity as a woman.
My s*xual fires now burn a little slower and I have noticed that the old sense of urgency related to s*x has gone. It has been replaced by a different flame. One that takes a little longer to fire up, but when it does, its blaze is all encompassing and touches every aspect of myself, my partner, and my world. This is my special mojo power that I cultivate daily with sensual and mindful practices.
Nothing that is energy is ever truly lost. It just transforms into a different flow.
Our task is to appreciate it and love the pleasure, joys and connections that are at the heartbeat of its dance.

“Religious schools in Victoria will be prohibited from sacking or refusing to employ teachers because of their s*xuality or gender identity under sweeping social reforms proposed by the Andrews government."

Proposed legislation would remove an exemption that allows religious organisations, including schools, to discriminate against employees on the grounds of s*xuality and gender identity.

Norway is leading the way in helping to reduce the negative impact which unrealistic beauty standards and expectations have on young minds.

The law was passed in Norwegian parliament last month and will force any person or company making money off their posts to clearly label when a photo of someone's body has been retouched.
