Hey 👋 there my Chair Fit Yoga peeps our community is seeking support. If you bring any of these items to class I’ll deliver them all saving you a trip to town. Thank you in advance. 🙏Linda

Our pantry of non-perishable food items and our toiletries cupboard need a boost so that we can continue to support people reaching out for help. We would welcome donations of toothpaste, soap and food items including long life milk, canned goods with ring pulls, pasta, rice, dried noodles and sauces. If you can donate, please drop things into Coffs Harbour Neighbourhood Centre between 9am and 4pm Monday to Friday - many thanks🙏

The first thing to know: there IS a yoga practice available to you, no matter your age, or your physical limitations.

​Established in India over 5,000 years ago as a form of exercise for body and mind, yoga has grown in popularity ever since. Yoga practice incorporates physical poses with mindfulness, breathing techniques, and meditation. The combination of these practices promotes functional mobility, self discovery and helps re-balance the nervous system.

​Chair Fit Yoga arose out of a desire to provide yoga for people who may have thought that they can’t do yoga - for whatever reason.
