This morning we gathered in an intimate circle, around our virtual bonfire, to pause, breathe, and come home to ourselves. 🌿

Together, in our emotion reset circle, we explored:
💡 The hidden truths of stress – how it’s not the event but our interpretation that creates tension.

🌊7 Surprising facts about stress

🌀 A guided HypnoBreathwork journey inspired by the wisdom of dolphins – embodying flow, play, and conscious breathing to release what no longer serves us.

The circle was powerful:
💬 One participant reconnected with a memory of being carefree and stress-free as a teenager — realizing that feeling is still possible today.
💬 Another was surprised by how much emotion the breathwork unlocked.
💬 Another shared the insight: “To gain something, we must let go of something.”

We closed with holding the image of a calm ocean within. 🌊✨

The biggest takeaway?

I thought stress was just part of life.

The tight chest. The racing mind. The constant need to be “on.”
I normalized it. Until my body couldn’t anymore.”

What no one tells you is that burnout doesn’t always start with a breakdown.
Sometimes, it starts with forgetting how to feel joy.
Snapping at people you love.
Not being able to rest without guilt.

Burnout isn’t a weakness.

She was fear of expressing the truth.

Between managing her startup and her therapy clients, she was constantly pulled in different directions. Saying yes when she meant no. Avoiding hard conversations. Carrying the emotions of everyone around her.

But deep down, she wanted to lead with clarity. To make decisions without guilt. To speak the truth, even when it was uncomfortable.

In our hypnotherapy session, she saw something new.

A version of herself that felt calm, grounded, and steady.
