On Saturday our team had the joy of participating in the Fitstop Toowong 24 hour Burning for Breast Cancer charity event.

🎀 This entailed keeping the machines and calories ticking over for a whole 24hrs. The performance well crew happily participated for a hour shift and contributed just over 5,000 calories to the tally. The final calories burnt were 69,994 which is an awesome effort across their gym community and local buisness.

Fitstop Toowong is continuing to raise funds for The National Breast Cancer Foundation and are still taking donations now. If you would like to donate this great cause follow the link below

Burning cals for breast cancer 🫶🏼

Perform Well are joining the 24hr fundraiser, creating awareness and raising funds for the National Breast Cancer Foundation.

Fitstop are starting the ergs at 9am Friday 24th Oct, Perform Well are on at 5am Saturday 25th. We’d love to see you there, help out with some cals or cheer us on, as well as donate in the link in our bio 🩷

Hey everyone, Perform Well is looking for sports trainers to assist at Wests Bulldogs Junior Rugby over the course of the 2025 season! Shifts are most Sundays and every second Saturday ranging from 8am to midday/early afternoon (changing slightly each week). There is also trainings to be covered on Friday nights.
