Constipation!!

God told man that he provided plants for sustenance and healing. From the dawn of recorded history, plants have been the primary source of medicine for people throughout the world.
Today, plants are still the major source of medicine for millions of people worldwide and this includes fruits and vegetables like Onions, Garlic, Lemon and Avocado as an example.
While often my focus is on using herbs to help the body regain balance, it also includes showing how to eat a daily diet of whole food, assisting our body to operate as it was created - to utilise the benefits of fruits, vegetables and herbs as well as provide healing from any damage that has been caused to the body.
The use of products we have created from what nature supplies for us is also a huge benefit in our lives eg. Essential Oils created from the volatile oil of the plant, Fermented Foods to rebuild gut flora.
One of the first things I do with my clients is record what you are eating, drinking as well as how your body responds both emotionally as well as physically and what comes out the other end!
You will find it is usually all linked if you give it 3 months😉

Life will be exactly what you make it, its your choice.

No matter what condition your body is in, no matter what condition your emotions are in and no matter what stage of life you are at, you can choose right now to change it.

The body is created to heal itself.

Our emotions, traumas, griefs can be released if we are prepared to choose it.

I have seen it happen time and time again, usually when people's life becomes unbearable or when they feel they are close to the end of life, they choose to create change and notice within the first month the incredible transformation that starts to happen.
