Strive is currently recruiting for disability support staff for 24/7 sil environments. If you have a strong belief in the value of others, are responsive to changes in client needs, have excellant communication skills & a drive to make a difference though active supports, we would love to hear from you!

Successful applicants must hold:
- First aid & CPR - or willingness to obtain
- Current NDIS workers screening & Blue Card - or willingness to obtain
- Preferable Current drivers license & reliable vehicle
- NDIS online modules
- Pref min cert 3 in individual support- Disability, youth work or related area or willingness to obtain
- Strong English language skills
- Be available for weekends & sleepover
- preferable Manual handling experience

Strive would like to spread some magic & take a little weight off a local family by lightening the Christmas load.

What a fantastic turn out for the Bowling Out Cancer for Chelsea fundraiser! With over 123 individual prizes in the multi draws, auctions and other raffles, over $66k was raised & still counting!

Strive Support Service raffles of Bribie Island Holiday, donated by Interactive Support Services was Won by Pip Galvin and the $250 Meat Voucher donated by Highfields Gourmet Meats was won by Katrina Young.

The fundraising efforts of the committee were invaluable & the entire event wouldn’t have been possible without those who donated items, purchased tickets & gave up their time to help make a difference to Ronald McDonald House children & their families.
