Superstar Support workers wanted (males & females - Toowoomba, QLD

Big Smile Services is actively seeking reliable and experienced support workers, both male and female, to join our team. We are committed to delivering exceptional care and support to our participants. Candidates must be available to work on a rotating roster, including mornings, afternoons, overnights and weekends.

Who we're looking for:
⭐️Experience with personal care and manual handling
⭐️Experience managing complex care and behaviour support plan.
⭐️Experience managing seizures.

You should have:

Certificate III in individual support or Ageing (AINs are strongly encouraged to apply)
Working with Children's Check (Blue card)
Worker's Screening Check (Yellow card)
NDIS Orientation module
First Aid/CPR
Current police check.
