💗 In Memory of Jenny Dowell 💗

Our hearts are heavy today as we acknowledge the passing of Jenny, a truly respected and much-loved figure in the Northern Rivers community.

Jenny dedicated many years of service as Mayor, and her impact reached far beyond her role. She was a passionate advocate for inclusion, social justice, and the wellbeing of others, leaving a lasting legacy across our region.

Jenny was also a strong supporter of Magenta Community Services, and we are forever grateful for her role in opening our initial office on Rous Road—something that helped shape who we are today.

Her commitment, compassion, and leadership will not be forgotten.

Our thoughts are with her family, friends, and all those who had the privilege of knowing her. Rest peacefully, Jenny. Your legacy will live on in the community you helped build. ❤️

A massive shout out to our Magenta Lismore Team, led by Jessie Pearce who raised over $3,000 for Cancer Council Australia!!!
Thank you to everyone who donated to our Magenta Team, helped out with preparations in the lead up or who came and help set up on the day. Huge thank you to those who came and walked laps in memory of their loved ones both past and present. It was such a special event, well done Lismore Fam!!! 💗✨

🎉 NEURODIVERSITY CELEBRATION WEEK 🎉

Hi Magenta Fam, Happy Neurodiversity Celebration Week!!! 🥳

Around 15 – 20% of our Australian population is neurodivergent, meaning their brains learn and process information in ways that are considered different to how a neuro typical brain would learn. 🧠

Being neurodivergent has unfortunately held a very negative stigma in our society, however we’re so excited that slowly but surely this misconception is changing. 🙌

At Magenta we believe that diverse ways of thinking make us stronger, more creative & bring new opportunities and ideas to our workplace and community. 💡
