Support Workers Wanted - Toowoomba

Envision Disability Services is currently looking for reliable and committed Support Workers to join our team supporting people with disability.
This role involves assisting participants with daily living, community access and achieving their individual goals while providing safe, respectful and person-centred support.
Support Workers are also responsible for completing required documentation, following participant support plans and working as part of a team to ensure safe and consistent supports are delivered.

Minimum requirements:
Current driver’s licence and reliable vehicle
Current NDIS Worker Screening Clearance
Current Blue Card
Current First Aid and CPR
Minimum (and evidence of) 2 COVID vaccinations
Ability to follow support plans, organisational policies and complete required documentation

Experience in disability support or community services will be highly regarded.
