🐶Toowoomba Day Service🐶
We started the week with some wet weather, so we stayed cosy indoors and spent time hanging out with our Easter friends.
Midweek we headed out for fresh haircuts, enjoyed lunch together, and showed off our karaoke skills.
To finish the week we went bowling and stopped by our favourite lolly shop for a sweet.

This week has been a very active and fun filled one for our Day Service group!
We kicked things off with a trip to the beach to hit some golf balls at the driving range, enjoying the fresh air and beautiful surroundings. Midweek we attended our regular bowling outing, where everyone had a great time playing together, cheering each other on, and socialising within the community.
To wrap up the week, we spent the afternoon at the local basketball courts. Everyone got involved, shooting hoops, kicking the footy, and even having a few running races. It was fantastic to see so much energy, teamwork, and laughter from the whole group! 🏀⛳️

🐶Toowoomba Day Service🐶
We had an absolute blast doing some EPIC science experiments with mini eruptions that were exploding everywhere! 🌋🧪 Watching those tiny volcanoes bubble, fizz and erupt was next-level awesome – there were big reactions, lots of laughs, and maybe a few “whoa!!” moments too. Science has never been this exciting!

🐶Toowoomba Day Service🐶

We kicked things off with an amazing week with a big morning tea — the food was delicious, the laughs were flowing, and the company was even better.

Then we headed out for a day trip to Cooby Dam for some fishing and a BBQ. The fish may not have been biting (not one caught!), but the fun definitely was. Fresh air, great food, and even better company made it a perfect day out.

To top off the week, we turned up the music for karaoke and dancing. There were some serious superstar performances and plenty of moves on the dance floor.

Up, Up and Away! ✈️🐶
Last week I flew up to Rockhampton to hang out with the Rocky Day Service crew and WOW – what a time! It was so good catching up with old friends and making some awesome new ones too. You guys are legends!
A big warm welcome to Julia 👋 we’re so happy to have you join the team!
Then it was straight back to Toowoomba where we got busy… working hard at playing 😉 We headed out for a Pizza Hut lunch (because balance 😂🍕) and let’s just say no one left hungry!
We also had our lovely friend Tanya from Toowoomba Police come in for a chat about personal safety. The crew asked some great questions and learned some really important tips – all while having a few laughs along the way.
Another big, busy, fun week at TDS 💛

🐶 Toowoomba Day Service 🐶

This past week we’ve been busy living our best lives! We spent some beautiful time horsing around with some absolutely gorgeous horses.
We powered through a tough gym session with some personal goals to kick.
Our cooking class this week was was a hit.
Australia day crafts have been a hit and to finished the week with a splash at our swimming party and an epic BBQ to celebrate Australia Day.
So much laughter, sunshine, and good vibes all around — we wouldn’t have it any other way!

Welcome back, Day Service families! We’ve been pretty busy and having an absolute blast. From amazing adventures to plenty of laughs along the way, we’ve already made some wonderful memories. And don’t worry—any “napping on the job” was purely for energy conservation purposes.
We can’t wait to share more with you all—this year is off to a great start!
