Beliefs.... does it hold you back or proper you forward?
Do you realise that pretty much everything we do are based on our beliefs. What are your beliefs doing for you? Does it hold you back in a worrying fearful state or does it inspire and propel you forward?
If your thoughts, beliefs and your live is propelling forward with joyful outcomes, synchronicity and co-incidences follow you around, then there's nothing to change.
But if you are stuck, held back or too afraid to make changes of any kind because you feel you can't control the outcome, doubtful, lacking in trust or reluctant to take a leap of faith, perhaps you need to look deeper into what “beliefs” are you hanging onto.
We all make choices every second of every day. Our choices are based on what we “belief” to be true or what makes “sense” to us at the time.
If you're making choices that are not of a desired outcome, or if you're not able to make choices due to fear, then perhaps look deeper into what's your belief you're holding onto. Most beliefs are from our upbringing, society, schooling or even from social environments.
Once you recognise your belief and you no longer belief it's serving you, you simply let it go. It is that simple! We tend to hold onto beliefs subconsciously, even those that don't make any more sense or of no benefit to you as an adult.
How to let go of old, non-serving beliefs.
Find out what it is that you truly belief first. There are hundreds! Then ask yourself does it make “sense” or does it make “no sense” or in other words become our expression of NON-SENSE. Once you decide it is no sense or nonsense, then you consciously dismiss it automatically because it simply doesn't make “sense”. This is how your subconscious works. This is simply letting go of old beliefs which had been embedded into your subconscious for years!
Challenge yourself, sit down, allow yourself to be honest, look deep within to find your beliefs that you can let go of finally!
