Thought for today from Team Daphne and beyond.......
To help you stay in the Present, centred and focused, remember ALL situations are NEUTRAL.
It only becomes either (-) or (+) charged once you IDENTIFY with it to mean something that you choose to affect you.
For example, if something is said/done, you choose to either REACT, which usually becomes a (-) or (+) outcome. Or you can choose to stay NEUTRAL by not allowing it to affect you especially in a (-) way.
Staying NEUTRAL means you are not affected, by the situation. Examples of replies or thoughts that will help you stay neutral can be:
Oh, that's an interesting thought....
Oh, I see or I understand, that's different
Think about what message is here for me to hear/see
Staying neutral allows you to ACT or take ACTION in a neutral state without judgement or taking on board the circumstances of the situation.
