Are you a Service Delivery Manager with a superstar attitude and have a focus on ensuring ethical, compliant services with a focus on Participants achieving their goals.
Due to our growth, we are at a stage that we are looking for a second service manager to work alongside our current service manager and Admin team.
The Key Role is to take over a portion of our SIL and CAS Clients management including duties such as:
- Discussing with stakeholders the services
- Working alongside our Rostering/Admin officer to ensure rosters are built in advance and compliance is kept at the compliant standard
- Learning and working alongside the Ops Manager in relation to Business Development and being able to complete intake/onboarding of new clientele
