Stress… everyone is talking about stress.
It is the most frequently used term describing how they feel.
So what is it?
Why do we feel stressed?
How do you wish to feel in 2026? It's a 1year vibration.. a fresh start, new way of being. New Levels of self awareness.

The document, appraisal- "Stress cleansing for better life choices," explains that stress is a widespread fear response driven by beliefs and learned reactions to external situations. It asserts that individuals are 100% responsible for their life experiences and that conscious choices and self-awareness can lead to a more joyful, purpose filled life. The author highlights the importance of both physical and mental "fuel," explaining that repetitive, fear-based thinking, unfulfilled expectations, and attachment to outcomes contribute to stress and its negative chemical effects on the body. The document encourages readers to recognize their inner power, practice self-examination, and let go of toxic beliefs. The author shares personal lifestyle changes that have helped manage stress, including a balanced diet, regular exercise, and stress management techniques like yoga and meditation. The document concludes by emphasizing the importance of present-moment awareness and mind discipline to achieve stability, calmness, and joy. It also promotes Natural Health Therapy for detoxification and balancing the body's systems.

Lifestyle Changes: who needs them?
Well for better health mentally and physically we do! We can't keep doing the same thing and expect a different experience. It is up to each individual to create their own destiny. No stress, no more reactiveness.
Why? Because the world has an addiction to stress, to the stress hormone cortisol and the fight/flight fear response. Stress is the effects felt of a fear response, a chemical reaction in the body driven by beliefs and learned responses to what we see, feel, hear. The mind reflects what is believed of your situation, and because of this, it destroys any sense of true Joy in life. Subconsciously and unconsciously we do it to ourselves. We are creating our life experience each moment. We deplete ourselves, imbalances appear.

We, each individual being, are 100% responsible for how our own life unfolds. Its your own Souls opportunity to experience a higher understanding and greater self awareness. To experience that real Pure Joy of ‘life’ - The truth of the life force.
That power of ‘life's’ energies is within each and every being.
We are creating our reality by what we think and do in each moment. It's our truth, but not THE TRUTH of ‘life’.
Our health, our mental well-being, our attitude to life and what we receive from life, is entirely up to each individual, as only your soul lives in your vehicle.
Only my soul exists in this body/mind house. So it's up to each person to make the best experiences of life. Only a more conscious choice, being fully present, can change how one lives. Living more consciously supports the best life experiences. Higher Self awareness.

We can't change something if there is no awareness of a hurtful belief being present. But its hidden influence in the subconscious is directly affecting how the mind and body responds in any given situation. We often see the effect but wonder why this is happening to us?

Consciously choosing how we live, means we are present and paying attention. Recognising when the mind is behaving in an agitated, fearful or resentful state.
When Self awareness expands, It allows the intelligent instrument of consciousness within us, to make the changes supporting better life choices, of what is best for health and wellness in your body, living well.
Experiences of joy arise, contentment and kindness come to the fore naturally, because it is your true nature.
Paying attention to the physical fuel that is put into the vehicle is as equally important as what mental fuel you keep consuming. Mental attitudes, mental judgments, mental approach to change, or resistance to paying attention, all have a chemical effect in the body.

Hormonal health- stress triggers.
How do we reduce the toxic stress response seen as high cortisol levels, adrenal fatigue, low oxygen levels in the blood, and vagus nerve imbalances as well as retention of toxic fluids?

One way is to begin to recognise that addiction to repetitive thinking in old ways of the past or worrying about future situations are fear based. Fear of failure to get a wanted result feeds stressful responses. Fear of lack- It's habitual- a learned way of living through expectation, attachment to outcomes wanted. We live the very fear we have in the mind. We live our thinking…

Stress is the effect of unfulfilled expectations. It is the chemistry of fear, based in beliefs held in the systems and different cellular structures, of not getting what you ‘thought’ you wanted or felt you deserved. Measuring your worth against someone or some situation is a stress response. It feeds itself on that toxic chemistry from your thinking. The thoughts of frustration or irritation at someone or some situation triggers the chemistry to meet the demands needed by the cell's memory. You feel the effects and it makes you feel awful, of balance and even angry. It is that fear of unfulfilled expectations that is happening over and over. Your reactiveness to external situations is doing it to your own body/mind.
You are not this limitation of a body. You are that beautiful soul, your true self is that highest power within you. The life force energy that power of Life is the real you. Tapping into that magnificent beautiful power source opens a whole new level of self awareness.
Soul you are ‘The Self’…that light of awareness is present with every breath, it is the power behind everything, your breath, your heartbeat, whether you open or shut your eyes.

Having this awareness gives us the power necessary to change what is debilitating or stiffening the condition of your body and mind. We are not powerless to change our situation or how we live, actually far from it.
All beings have that inner Self, a source of infinite power of consciousness. Empower your self understanding, explore your self awareness.
To live truly free, human beings are being guided to practice self examination, self respect and recognition of that powerful beautiful joyous, truly liberating awareness of your true Self. Letting go of your attachment to what the body holds in the cellular memory. You are far greater than just your physical form. Freedom comes with that discipline of the mind.

Clear out the toxic beliefs, and negative traps of minds imaginings and fantasies, its likes or dislikes rising from judgements. Cleaning out the body will clear the mind's thinking. Being present and disciplined of focus creates clarity and calmness, it's purifying your energies physically, mentally and spiritually.

My practices and approach to life's energies. Is recognition that everything is ever changing in this worldly existence. But my true Self is the source, pure light, pure knowledge, unchangeable, steady, unconditional, free, untarnished, unlimited, pure love, it is complete, universal consciousness. The Breath.
I am always refreshing my resolution of being THAT expression of life, through this body/mind, spirit. My resolve is in ‘BEING’ that Joy of life, deeply content, complete, free.

Beyond natural therapies and herbal remedies, I’ve embraced several lifestyle changes over the years that have made a significant difference: How I perceive my body, my mind and the journey of this magnificent opportunity for my Soul, has changed over time with self effort.
Learning/practicing true non attachment to the body is a challenge for the mind. Especially after any mental and body trauma.
Getting the mind to value respecting qualities of balance, clarity, purity, respecting openness to unconditional receiving, honouring absorbing all that nourishes me on all levels requires perseverance and determination.
Remembering the power and energies of words my focus has been on clarity, calmness, balance and purity of being, that inner strength that comes with self awareness, faith in Self and peace of mind. I experience such gentleness and the true powerful tenderness of the pure heart 💖. My life is the joy filled expression of my true self.
It requires commitment of self control and being present, in being true to ‘That’ inner Highest Pure One, universal consciousness, The highest Self.
It requires steadfastness in remembering to be present and be disciplined in the mind's focus.
1. Balanced Diet -my focus on nourishing my body with whole foods, filling my bowl with vegetables, lean proteins, lots of fish, healthy fats. Incorporating phytoestrogen-rich foods, like flaxseed meal and soy, has made a noticeable difference. The latter relate to the female hormonal balance. Remember the body doesn't need as much food as your mind reflects in its thinking. But it's a cellular memory that fears and says it's never enough. No satisfaction, never content. Memories fear emptiness. It's the sense of lack that keeps us repeating old habits.
De-worming needs to be done at least 2 x a year
2. Regular Exercise- strive for a blend of cardio, a little strength training, and lots of flexibility exercises. Being mindful of what the body actually needs. Listen to your inner wisdom, Don't do actions out of fear.
Regular movement not only lightens our mood but also helps manage weight by improving lymphatic drainage and all elimination processes—both essential for reducing cortisol-stress hormonal responses. Include self lymphatic drainage massage daily
3. Stress Management- I make space to give myself time for myself, remembering the ‘qualities’ are important in transforming how I live, refreshing my resolve …..whether it’s through yoga, meditation, connecting with nature, going bush, gardening or simply enjoying a quiet moment, just me time, a space of no speaking or talking while acknowledging a presence of stillness, quietude, a respectfulness, a quiet patience, a sense of non attachment and a deep gentleness. Whether I am doing the dishes, cooking or working in the clinic. These relaxation techniques lowered stress cortisol levels, lowered my blood pressure and cholesterol levels. They bring calm to my daily routines. It's that non attachment to the action and words of others and what unfolds in my life and to whatever happens in my body, that I keep a firm reign on my mind's thoughts and it's wanting to be involved in what others are doing. I refocus it as soon as I am aware it's heading in a direction that old patterns of behaviour.
Do not let the mind believe that non attachment is non caring.
The true nature is kind, respectful that others are doing their own journey and there is nothing to change or FIX in them. Learn to be an observer without judgment or having an opinion of the actions of others.
These practices become so important when situations beyond our doing or concepts of control, creates an irritated or frustrated response. Being non-attached to the dramas of what unfolds, or what life throws up, is important. Remain flexible, calm, and the clarity to calmly navigate through unanticipated changes becomes easier. Living stress free must be a conscious choice.
The power of this choice and transition is only in the ‘now moment’.

The moment the mind wanders around in past thinking or into the future imaginings, the doubts, those what if’s, or want for something you feel is lacking- then cortisol and toxicity of acidity levels increase, oxygen levels reduce, stress feelings and adrenal fight, flight responses become stronger and stronger. Fatigue, anxiousness, frustration and anger set in. All based in fear of failure to get what your body/mind and past memories want. It's (body memory) need is for instance gratification whenever they want it. It is chemically driven…they, (memories based in your belief systems) fear not getting the familiar chemicals they exist on. This is the basis of all addictive behaviours…wanting the sweet things, lollies, cakes, alcohol, carbohydrates, drugs, the addiction to the endorphins or chemistry to get ‘that pleasure feeling, the adrenalin hit from risky behaviours. The actions of the adrenalin ju**ie, is based in fear of failure to get what your body memories want, when they want it. It's never enough so more and more extreme behaviours eventuate. The core beliefs:- are fear of failure, and I am never acknowledged as good enough, or it's never enough.
Never enough energy, love, respect, validation for what is given, knowledge, time, never enough money, security, peace, and more….

Where there is no regard for that divine power of life existent in the body/mind level of action. The person's mind is just a reflection tool. It reflects the beliefs/memories in the cellular structures. It is the consciousness in every cell reflecting what the person has within, as their body is full of beliefs/perceptions and impressions from the past. Past family generations, early childhood experiences, past life experiences, and from past eras.
We are far more than just our body/mind level of existence.

Part of my practice is keeping a firm grip on the mind, not letting it run undisciplined in all directions. I keep my mind in the present, focusing only on what is necessary now and stopping it, imagining things and then becoming disillusioned, when things don't happen, as I may have wanted. There can be no sense of stability, calmness or confidence in one's self when an undisciplined mind is running the show. There are highs and lows, no real sense of joy, no lasting happiness in this kind of life experience. Discipline gives us complete freedom; it allows us to go beyond our limitations, to break through boundaries and reach the highest goals. It makes everything possible, it creates the opportunity for the impossible to be possible.

The path of discipline will not only save a person's life but also give it purpose and meaning.
You are not following a Disciplined way of living to get rid of something. You act in a disciplined way to move forward, towards something better, far more beautiful, fulfilling and truly liberating. Discipline moves a person from ignorance, the not knowing, to knowing, from darkness to light, to a clear vision of the innermost Great Self. Discipline is absolutely necessary to recognise your highest potential, and attain the fulfillment of the greatest destiny of life..opportunity of becoming and being your true Self. A sublime life experience.

Discipline uncovers the wealth of hidden treasures within you, your own great qualities, the virtues, it creates a vehicle of such strength and vibrant clarity
The vibrant vitality of clear energies, in both mental and physical bodies. The purifying and cleaning out, creates clearer and balanced chemistry in the body that enables you to begin to recognise what is best for you. Greater clarity in decision making and recognising the best direction to head or the changes needed.
All transformation is supported by the virtues of Discernment and discrimination and using your courage to enact what is required, as this creates the experience of higher and higher clarity, enabling knowing what is best for You in any given moment. Your journey is unique to you, there is no comparison with another. No judgments. Your life is yours, and your responsibility for how it looks.

What to do? …
The Balancing action through the fluid called Bile Fluid getting recycled by the liver is the first step.
The body is the storage house of memories ..past impressions , beliefs influencing perceptions through our senses. This influences the interaction of chemistry in our cells. Remember you are not this body
A memory present in the liver is most often a fear based one that sustains a wanting energy. It is your body memory that is attached to the chemistry from fear responses. The mind reflects this, then feels discontentment, never feeling satisfied.
The effect is an attachment to the action of getting something…a fear of impotence, incapacitation, or feeling stuck, can arise, driven by identification with fear of Lack of something you think you want.
A fear of not being sustained/given what you want, kept safe, fed (what the internal memory wants chemically) is one common reactiveness. Seen as anxiousness, anger, frustration and constant agitation.

Soul bound… Still wanting the ability to shape life's experience, is based on not understanding who you really are, your innermost great self. The forgetting creates a fear based need for control to arise …an attachment to the ragasic- actions of doing to get something. It can only service the attachment to fear. The mind then reflects this in the thoughts. Obsessive overthinking, fear judgment and self criticism arise. It's not the Real You! Freedom comes with consciously choosing how you live. Mindfulness is key
