Hello lovely humans, I'm Jacqui, a Support Coordinator with a warm, slightly alternative approach and a real passion for making the NDIS feel more human, honest and doable. I’m down to earth, approachable, and I believe support should meet people where they’re at, not squeeze them into a system shaped box.
For over 20 years, I’ve been the behind the scenes go to person who keeps things moving, organised and grounded. I’ve supported leaders, families, community projects and small businesses, and I love bringing calm, clarity and a touch of colour when life gets messy.
I also bring lived experience, having walked the NDIS journey with a family member. I understand the emotional load, the advocacy, and the importance of having someone in your corner who actually listens and gets it.
If you want a Support Coordinator who is genuine, open minded, and not afraid to take a creative path to find what works for you, I’d love to walk alongside you.

Hi, I’m Candyse. I coordinate supports so your goals aren’t just ideas, they become your life in action. With over ten years of experience in the disability sector, I’ve helped people and families across the Brisbane region to find the right mix of services to live more freely and confidently. I believe good coordination is about listening, keeping things simple, and following through on what matters most. My approach is steady and genuine and I like to make things happen without the fuss. As a support coordinator, I’m here to make the NDIS feel easy to navigate, so you can focus on what makes life meaningful.

Hi, I’m Donna. I’m a Support Coordinator and mental health professional with a Diploma in Social Science and a strong background working with complex mental health. Alongside my professional experience, I also bring lived experience as a carer for family members with mental health challenges and neurodivergence, which gives me a genuine understanding of the journey many participants face.

I take a positive, person-centred approach, always looking for the good in every situation. With a happy-go-lucky outlook and a good sense of humour, I focus on building strong relationships and making the NDIS process feel more approachable. My goal is to support people to feel confident, informed, and in control of their supports.

I’m Carlita, and I believe your NDIS journey deserves more than just ticking boxes — it deserves energy, compassion, and someone who truly walks beside you.

Since I was young, helping others has always felt like my purpose. I started with small acts of kindness, but by 2014 I committed myself to Human Services full-on. I’ve seen people navigate every kind of hardship — losing a home, trying to find stability, battling systems that don’t always feel fair. And I’ve also seen lives shift when somebody steps in who cares, listens, and takes action.

If you want a Support Coordinator who’s as energized about your goals as you are, who won’t settle for “just okay,” and who’s ready to build something better with you — let’s get started. Your story matters. Your plan matters. And I’m here so you never have to walk this path on your own.

Hello! I'm Hayley, my professional expertise and personal insight is rooted in my own experience with neurodivergence and mental health to help others navigate the NDIS system with clarity and compassion.

With empathy at the core of my approach, I focus on helping individuals and families feel heard, informed, and supported throughout their NDIS journey. I believe that every person deserves not just access but understanding, respect, and the skills to steer their own path.

I’ve always had a strong drive to support people in a way that really makes a difference. Since 2020, I’ve worked in a range of roles with the Department of Families, Fairness and Housing, helping people facing tough situations—whether it’s finding a safe place to live, getting through hard times, or starting over after trauma.

My focus is simple: I want the people I support to feel heard, respected, and never alone. I’m here to walk alongside them, not to take over, but to make sure they feel in control of their own life and choices.

For me, this work isn’t just about ticking boxes—it’s about building real relationships and being someone people can rely on as they work toward a better future.
