Are you ready to make a difference?

Inside Out are looking for compassionate Support Workers to service our growing community.

We’re a thriving organisation that takes pride in enabling choice and inclusion for our Participants. Our focus is our people, those we support and the team we employ. We offer a career you can be proud of and thrive in.

*About the role*
Support Workers will provide individual support to people with a disability including but not limited to; assisting with personal care and community access using a flexible, responsive and individualised approach to assist our Participants with day to day tasks and achieve their goals. Note that we service Participants located within the Newcastle and Lake Macquarie region.

*About you*
The ideal candidate will need to be flexible from Monday to Sunday to work shifts throughout mornings and evenings.

Essential requirements include the below.

- Current working with children check
- NSW police check
- Valid driver’s license
- NDIS workers screening check
- Experience working within Aged Care, Disability or community services will be considered favourably.
