👵 SENIORS FITNESS & MOVEMENT PROGRAM - $10

Staying active doesn’t have to be intimidating — and it doesn’t have to feel like a gym.

Our Seniors Fitness sessions are designed to support older adults with balance, coordination, mobility and confidence in a calm, welcoming environment. Sessions are adaptable to all abilities, with a strong focus on feeling safe, supported and capable in everyday movement.

Fitness is a bonus — confidence, independence and connection are the goal.

🧠 Teen Anxiety Boxing Fitness – Building Confidence Through Movement

Our Teen Anxiety Boxing program is designed for young people who may struggle with anxiety, low confidence, or feeling overwhelmed in group settings.

Sessions use structured, low-contact boxing-style movement to help teens:
• release nervous energy
• build confidence and self-belief
• improve focus and emotional regulation
• feel comfortable being part of a group

The environment is calm, supportive and predictable — with no pressure to perform and no prior boxing experience required. Sessions are particularly well suited to non-sporty teens or those who may feel unsure in traditional sports or gym environments.

📍 Lake Macquarie – Wednesdays 4:00pm

Ideal Ages: 11–14 years

If you’d like to know whether the program may be suitable for your child, feel free to reach out for a chat.

There’s no pressure to “pick up where you left off” — just show up and move in a way that works for you.

Looking Ahead to 2026

As we start a new year, I’ve been reflecting on what I want 2026 to stand for — personally and professionally. The word that keeps coming up is opportunity.

For me, that means four things:

• The confidence to create opportunities, rather than waiting for them
• The courage to step into opportunities when they appear
• The understanding to be kind to myself when an opportunity is missed
• And gratitude for every opportunity experienced — whether it’s good, bad, or uncomfortable

Growth doesn’t always come from perfect outcomes. Often it comes from showing up, trying, learning, and being open to what follows.

As we return to routine, this is the mindset I’m carrying forward — for myself, for the business, and for the community we continue to build together.

Here’s to 2026 and you finding your journey.

Closing Out 2025

As we finish our final day of sessions for the year, it feels like a good time to pause and reflect.

When I think about 2025, I think about the wins I’ve witnessed — and the thing about wins is that they look different for everyone. You all have your own goals, your own measures of progress, and your own outcomes.

Alongside that, I also quietly have my own outcomes I personally work towards for each of you.

Seeing you achieve your goals makes me genuinely happy for you.
But seeing you achieve my goal for you — feeling better about yourself, growing confidence, and continuing to move forward in the face of whatever challenges life throws your way — that’s what makes me truly proud of you.

This year hasn’t been about perfection or pushing harder. It’s been about consistency, resilience, and finding what supports your wellbeing — physically and mentally.

As routines change over the coming days, take this time to rest, reflect, and be kind to yourself. We’ll be taking a short break and will be back ready to move forward together.

2026 will be about continuing our journey.
Take care — and I’ll see you soon 💜

A Moment for Self-Reflection

As the year comes to a close, this is a good time to pause — not to judge, but to reflect.

What worked for you this year?
What felt supportive?
What drained you?
What do you want to carry forward — and what can you leave behind?

Progress isn’t just measured in numbers or milestones. Sometimes it shows up as better awareness, stronger boundaries, or simply knowing what does and doesn’t serve your wellbeing.

As we head into the final days of 2025, give yourself permission to assess honestly and kindly. Reflection creates clarity — and clarity shapes what comes next.

We’ll be here when you’re ready to move forward 💜

🎄 CHRISTMAS BREAK DOESN’T MEAN STOPPING COMPLETELY

With the festive season approaching, routines naturally change — and that’s okay.
The goal over Christmas isn’t perfection… it’s maintenance.

Here are a few simple ways to keep your body and mind feeling good over the break:

🥊 Keep moving in small doses — short walks, light bodyweight work
🧠 Use movement as a reset when stress builds up
đź’Ş Focus on mobility, posture and breathing
✨ Aim to feel better, not “train harder”

Staying connected to movement over the holidays makes returning to training in the new year so much easier — physically and mentally.

We’ll be back before you know it. For now, move where you can, when you can.
