Participants learn about the signs and symptoms of common mental health problems in adolescents, how to recognise and respond to an emerging or worsening mental health problem, and the treatments and supports available.

Invaluable skills for parents, teachers, coaches, sporting club volunteers and anyone involved with 12-18 year olds. Accreditation valid for 3 years.

I love seeing children gain confidence in things they once found hard. It’s so good to see believe in themselves and feel proud of what they can do.

The Circle of Security Parenting Program is full of gems and tips, that actually make parenting easier! The motto 'Bigger, Stronger, Wiser and Kind' is one.

We all struggle as parents to find the balance between good cop and bad cop, tough love vs letting things go.

Am I being too tough? Should I be tougher?

Bigger, Stronger, Wiser, Kind reminds us that kids need our firm boundaries, alongside emotional validation and acceptance of their emotions.

This is what build's trust, resilience and self esteem.
