BALI RETREAT 🌞

This one is for those keen to immerse in nature, yoga, meditation and the deep path practice.

A five day yoga retreat that encapsulates the heart of the practice. Daily asana, meditation, nature therapy and contemplation. Along with the usual cultural experience, sound practices and deep relaxation around the jungle set retreat venue.

CHRISTMAS DAY CLASS ~

Eight years down the coast teaching yoga on Christmas Day. A great way to start the day with movement, mindfulness and community 🫶🏻

DAY RETREAT~

This half day retreat is the ultimate gift to yourself.
Start the day with a mellow yoga practice and meditation with Ryan Mannix, followed by a healthy plate for lunch and then relax in the beautiful new surroundinga of About Time the bathhouse. Optional treatments also at an additional cost.
