BLOATED? Here’s What Might Be Going On 👇

Bloating is something many people experience from time to time. It can feel like abdominal fullness, tightness or excess gas.

There are a number of common contributors, including:

• Eating too quickly
• Large meals
• Certain foods (for example, high-fibre or gas-producing foods)
• Hormonal changes
• Changes in routine or stress

Your digestive system is influenced by many factors, including diet, hydration, movement and overall gut balance.

Some people find it helpful to:
✔ Eat slowly and mindfully
✔ Stay well hydrated
✔ Include regular gentle movement
✔ Keep a simple food diary to identify patterns

If bloating is persistent, worsening, painful, or associated with other symptoms (such as unexplained weight loss, ongoing diarrhoea or constipation), it’s important to speak with a healthcare professional.
