My heart is quietly full after yesterday’s morning and evening meditations 🧘🏽‍♀️💚
Thank you to everyone who showed up for yourselves 💫 That alone is powerful I am so proud of you all 💚
We began with a gentle talk, honouring the completion of the Year of the Snake and the closing of this 9 cycle 🤸🏽‍♂️🫶🏾 Then I walked you through calling in your own Fire Horse inviting the one who will guide you this year with strength, courage and love. 🔥🐎
I could feel & see so many horses arriving 💗💚 each one perfectly aligned for the soul it came to walk beside 🙏🏾🐎❤️
as I began playing the gongs and crystal bowls, waves of gold moved before me in a flowing figure of eight infinite continuous eternal sprinkles of gold coding everywhere, ✨
From that golden light, the Snake appeared on my left He lowered gently in front of me and curled into a circle ✨He looked at me with such grace and honour 🫶🏾 humbled as if knowing he had guided me through the Year of the Snake the very best he could 🙏🏾🐍💛 In that moment I felt the completion ✨The shedding 🥰The transformation closing with peace 🙌🏾
on my right side my Fire Horse stood strong steady, grounded and heartfelt 🔥🐎 I am deeply grateful for the human realm, the spirit realm and the animal realm 🙏🏾 all supporting us in ways we may not always see, but deeply know 🙏🏾✨🐎

Last night on the beach was something truly special.
by the ocean, we were ready to release and one by one, it was burned it 🔥
Old fears. Old patterns. Old versions of ourselves that simply don’t fit anymore.

With the Solar Eclipse energy building, it feels like such a powerful reset.
A moment where the Sun and Moon align, and for a brief time the light is covered reminding us that even in shadow, transformation is happening.l 😍

We didn’t just burn paper last night.
We burned heaviness.
We chose freedom.
We chose clarity.

Now tomorrow, we integrate ♥️

Through the crystal bowls and gongs, through vibration and frequency, we allow the body to soften… the heart to recalibrate… the nervous system to feel safe again💛

Release is powerful.
But receiving is just as sacred💚

An annular eclipse happens when the Moon passes between the Earth and the Sun, but sits slightly farther away leaving a glowing ring of light around it 💫 We may not see it with our eyes here but we will feel it in our hearts 💚💗This eclipse doesn’t take the light away. It gently refines it.
🔥 Burning away what no longer fits
🔥 Illuminating what is ready to rise

I just want to say the biggest, most heartfelt thank you to every single soul who showed up 💗 not just physically, but energetically, emotionally and authentic 🙌🏾 honestlyThe openness in the room, the courage to dream bigger, the vulnerability in sharing, the laughter, the quiet moments of reflection it was all so powerful 💚

Thankful Thursday 💚

My heart is overflowing after yesterday’s morning and evening meditations 💚

The morning was beautiful and connected and last night 😍 I honestly still can’t believe the turnout 🧘🏽‍♀️ The energy, the presence, the love that we all shared in that space was something truly special 🙏🏾

We were absolutely at capacity ☺️ I even opened up the second room off the hall so we could hold as many as possible 😘

From my heart to yours I’m so sorry to anyone who wasn’t able to join us 😔It means the world to me that you wanted to be there 🙏🏾 showing up for your growth 🙏🏾 Please know our space simply reached its safe and loving limit 🫶🏾

If you weren’t aware, we also hold the 9:45am day meditation on the Wednesday morning 🧘🏽‍♀️ there is often more room in the morning sessions. That option may suit some of you beautifully as well 🙏🏾

I am so grateful for our growing community, for every hug, every smile, every soul who walks through that door ready to do the inner work 🙏🏾💚

A gentle reminder that Meditation & Sound Healing is back on today
🕊 9:45am & 6:15pm
and continues every Wednesday until the school holidays

Today’s sessions are held in a very tender, powerful space🙏🏾

We are in the closing week of the Wood Snake 🐍 a sacred completion phase. This is not a time to push forward, but a time to shed, to release, and to let go of what simply cannot come with you into what’s next 🙌🏾

If things feel slower… heavier… or a little uncomfortable right now, you’re not doing anything wrong.
This is completion energy doing its work 🫶🏾

Through the Meditation gongs and crystal bowls, we’ll be supporting the nervous system, helping the body integrate what the mind and heart already know 🧘🏽‍♀️Sound allows what I’ll be sharing to land softly not just understood, but felt so your body can safely release old patterns, beliefs, and identities that once kept you safe, but may now be keeping you small 💚

Shedding is rarely graceful.
Just like a snake rubbing against the rocks, growth creates friction.
Old habits, even the ones we’re ready to release, once served a purpose. Letting them go can feel like loss like grief like a small ending 💫

Sound healing helps you move through this without force calming the nervous system, easing the mental loops, and creating space for the new to gently emerge 💚

✨ On February 17, 2026, the energy shifts.
Momentum returns.
Movement resumes.
Life turns outward again

Free the feeling Friday 💚 We are moving through a huge acceleration in light and frequency, and many of us have felt it strongly over the past few days 🧘🏽‍♀️
In just the last few days , the Sun has been incredibly active, kicking February into high gear 💫 This hasn’t been subtle it’s been wave after wave of incoming solar energy with very little pause in between 🫣

✨ Energetic recap:
• Multiple major X-Class solar flares including a powerful X8.1
• Over 40 M-Class flares
• Almost no downtime a constant energetic influx

This feels like a significant frequency upgrade, deeply connected to the collective shift we’re moving through🙌🏾 With so many strong flares back to back, it’s as if the old, heavier layers are being cleared so we can hold more light and more truth 💃🏽🙌🏾🕺🏽

You may be noticing:
• A buzzing or electricity through the nervous system 👏🏾
• Heightened emotions or soul expression wanting to come through

Thankful Thursday so grateful to everyone who joined in for the morning meditation 🧘🏽‍♀️ yesterday 🙏🏾 It was beautiful to be back together, sharing sound vibrations space, breath, and presence 🏵️🧘🏽‍♀️

We gently touched into the energy of February 💚 a month that carries collective vibration of love, compassion, connection, and coming home to the heart 💓 A reminder to soften, to be kind with ourselves, moving forward with intentions of heart ♥️

✨ Evening meditations return next week as well 🏵️🧘🏽‍♀️ I’m really looking forward to holding space with you all again ♥️

✨ Full Moon in Leo | 2/2 Portal ✨

Here in Australia, we are in the Full Moon energy now and it’s important to remember that a Full Moon isn’t just one moment in time 💫 We feel it four days before and four days after, and many of us have been sensing it building for a while already 💗

This is the final Full Moon of the Year of the Snake 🐍 the last shedding, the last release of stubborn layers held deep within the heart space 🙌🏾
And it feels potent Emotional. Visceral

This Leo Full Moon brings the conversation between the heart and the head to the surface 💚 It asks us to stop hiding, soften the armour, drop the masks, and live from truth 🙌🏾 even if the path ahead isn’t fully clear yet 🙏🏾

With so much Aquarius energy around us, many have felt unsettled, mentally overloaded, and emotionally stretched 💫 If things still feel like they’re shifting… you’re not imagining it.
It’s still moving 😍

This energy invites heartfelt living, authenticity, and trusting your inner compass 💫 It’s not about overthinking or explaining yourself it’s about being real being your truth 🙌🏾 your truth is not everyone’s truth so when you respect your own truth than people see it for what it is 😍 you’re true authentic self 💚

Thankful Thursday 🙏🏾 Yesterday’s meditation held a very real and authentic energy 💫 Many felt a little unsettled, simply because it was our first one back and we’re still completing the deep healing of last year 💚 This has been a powerful healing year, and as we gently close it out, things can feel a little wobbly. From the 15th -17th Feb we begin moving forward into our strength, clarity, and the true power of who we are 🙌🏾 I’m so grateful to each of you for showing up for yourselves that in itself is powerful ✨
