Over the past 5 weeks, our superstar Instructor Hannah has been guiding our ladies through all things strength work. They’ve covered foundational movement & good form whilst building their knowledge & strength each week.
We’ve loved having a space for women to soar in the fitness room and see these superstars show up each week for themselves.
