At the Village you’ll get our unique method of movement & intentional design to holistically keep you well. A method that works & continues to work for everyone who walks through our doors.
Movement - Each class is programmed for the bodies in front of us with the idea of strength, balance & regulated nervous systems. It’s always personalised, functional and rooted in keeping you moving well through all the stages & ups and downs in life.
Intention - Nothing is by accident here. Everything we do is intentional and no detail is left unturned. From the way to program classes, to our space that is a welcoming, grounding sanctuary, the community we’ve created & how you feel. It’s all thought out well with you in mind.
Community - We’re called Village Wellness for a reason. You didn’t join a studio for just a workout. You came to belong, to thrive & to connect. Community keeps us strong & healthy and we do it well with love, care & support.
Environment - Our space is purposefully chosen to be a home away from home. A space you can land in over and over no matter your day, week or year. From the physical design of the space, the music and little details in class all the way to how are community & team show up for each other. Everything is about feeling welcoming, safe & a reprieve from the outside world where you get to be nourished, held & seen.
