What a day! That was so much fun!! My first comp and I did better than expected. Placed in both events I entered, 4th and 5th. I did not expect to place at all so this is a massive confidence booster!!! Had the best time, I had the BEST TEAM ever!!! .proteam thanks guys. You guys are LEGENDS!!!! You gave us the best support and so organised!! Thanks Team especially the helpers. Thanks fam. 😍🤩💖🏆💪🏾💃🏽🎉Bring on Worlds In a couple of weeks! 😱

Post-workout pose. Workouts are not complete without doing a pose sesh after - amirite???🤔😂🤓☺️💪.
Still a long way to go for me but with about 11 weeks out from Qld States, I just have to trust the process! .proteam best coaches ever! AND lots more posing practice!!!
Posing is a workout in itself, so practice, practice and more practice.
Nutrition and training on point so far.
My body scan results were surprising, will post pic another day☺️. Happy. Just have to keep up the and . Had a bad couple of weeks but will now and really in the next few weeks! 😊💪🤓🌟
