We would like to inform you of our updated cancellation and rescheduling policy.

Cancellations or changes are not permitted within 12 hours of your appointment. Any cancellations made within this timeframe, or missed appointments, will incur a $50 fee per service.

Please note that this policy applies to all clients, and no exceptions will be made. Rescheduling is also not allowed within 12 hours of your appointment.

If you miss your appointment or cancel late, the fee must be paid before making a new booking. You are welcome to book your next appointment online at your convenience after paying the fees.

We appreciate your understanding, as our therapist only have few spots available per day to maintain the quality of the service. We value the quality of the service more than the quantity and as we often have clients on our waitlist, and late cancellations make it difficult for us to accommodate everyone efficiently.

Important Update from Arisa 🌿

I’d like to inform you that Thursday, 19th September 2025 will be my last working day with Torquay Therapy.

This decision comes after much consideration, and although it’s not easy, it’s time for me to take the next step in my journey.

I’m deeply thankful for all your trust, support, and kindness during my time here. Every session and every smile has meant so much to me.
