Hello Everyone!

I'd love a moment to introduce myself!

My name is Kimberley, I'm a Dietitian living and working on the Surf Coast of Victoria and I'm passionate about providing high quality, evidenced based nutrition support that is accessible and affordable. I do this by providing;
-Online after hours consults
-A tiered pricing structure with out of pocket costs as low as $60

My jam is working with people with a long history of dieting for weight loss, weight cycling, restricting or binge eating and low body image to offer them an evidenced based alternative to the diet cycle carrousel they are on. This is called the Non Diet Approach and includes; Promoting eating in a manner of which balances individual nutritional needs, hunger, satiety, appetite and pleasure. It stops disordered eating patterns and helps to improve quality of life in areas such as social eating and eating flexibly and intuitively.

I'd love to offer a free discovery call for those wishing to learn more; https://www.halaxy.com/book/miss-kimberley-webb/dietitian/499711/463831

Need BackUp?🤔😁

Many of my clients come home from work exhausted.

They simply don't have the brain energy to think about what they are going to eat, let alone cook!

They may have had a busy weekend and haven't had a chance to go to the supermarket yet. The fridge is bare..🫣

We've all been there..including me! Yes we are all HUMAN!❤️

Having some convenience meals for backup can be a complete game changer!

➡️They help reduce cognitive effort of thinking about food by reducing food decisions

➡️They reduce the chance of returning to unhealthy eating behaviours such as meal skipping or restrictive eating

➡️They provide essential fuel for the brain and body to function to help make the next decision which feels important to us.

Working with a Dietitian you UNDERSTANDS you + your lifestyle can help you navigate the path forward. 🙌

🧠The Brain is amazing but let's face it, it really hasn't evolved far from our caveman days..🙉

Out attempts of safety may have previously looked like..

'Watch out for that bear (avoid danger), shelter from the storm (look for shelter) and stay in a group (better chance of survival)'

What is looks like NOW...

'Avoid getting into trouble, do all you can to fit in, worry about what others think, get the latest fashion/gadget'...

Many of these attempts of safety now just make our life 😞 and can get in the way of what is truly important and meaningful in our lives.

So, not really helpful.

But in fact..we need to remember with compassion and without judgement..

We are doing the best we can, our minds are doing what they have evolved to do to solve what they feel like is a very complex problem.

Can anyone else relate?

Guess what⁉️

Your weight is not the problem. Weight stigma is the problem and abundant in the healthcare and diet industry.

You may be asking yourself, 'if only I was in a smaller body, everything would be better'.😞

Well, guess what? Your weight isn’t the primary outcome and doesn’t predict your health.

It’s simply unethical for someone to tell you to lose weight because;

👉There is no proven way to lose weight safely and keep it off long term

👉Dieting is the number one predictor for developing an eating disorder

👉Weight yoyo is more unhealthy than maintaining a stable weight

Which is why I chose to practice a movement that guides evidenced based healthcare for all my clients, it’s called the Health At Every Size (HAES) philosophy.
