Halloween you don’t scare me! I’ve got - sweet options for your gut!
1/2 cup nut butter
1 heaped tablespoon coconut oil
1/4 cup chia seeds
1/4 cup shredded coconut
2 Tablespoons golden flaxseed meal
1/4 cup plain collagen powder
Melt&mix pour into lined tray then into the refrigerator.
Topping:
Pkt noshu dark chocolate bits
1 tablespoon coconut oil
Melted & mixed
Pour over the base
Sprinkle little salt ( magic)
Refrigerate until firm then chop into squares.
Keep in fridge until you want to eat!! Yummm 😋
