Closing This Chapter at MoS

It’s with very heavy hearts that we share this news: due to unforeseen circumstances, MoS will be closing.

Whilst this decision has been extremely hard, it’s unfortunately the right one at this time. We hope you can understand and support our team as they step into their new era. MoS has been more than just a clinic - it’s been our passion, pride, and community.

At this stage, we don’t know what the future holds. There may be another MoS, or new doors may open, it's a time to recharge, recollect and reflect.

We want to take this opportunity to thank you - our incredible patients, our dedicated staff, and the many suppliers and partners who have worked with us along the way. Your support, professionalism, trust, and kindness have meant the world.

All correspondence with the clinic will cease at the end of September. If you need anything from us - such as medical records (see FAQ below) - please email us before 4pm 26 September 2025 so we can assist before closing this chapter.

From the bottom of our hearts, thank you for being part of the MoS journey. We will always be grateful.

I need my Medical Records/ Recent Treatment Information
We are still available for essential requests until September 26th, such as copies of results, medical records or prior treatment information.
Skin Cancer patients: if you need your complete medical record sent to your GP or new skin cancer clinic, please email your completed change of doctor form to info@ministryofskin.con.au

Can I still see Dr Caroline for GP or Aesthetic Treatments?
Dr Caroline will not be available via MoS or at another practice for the unforeseen future (including telehealth and repeat prescriptions).

Aesthetic Patients: We understand the importance of finding a clinic that aligns with your needs, but given our unique offerings and expertise, it’s hard to recommend a similar clinic to MoS. Don’t forget your skin!!

Reducing pigmentation is not an easy task.

What treatments have you already tried and what has worked for you?? 👉Comment below 👈

Many available methods can stimulate the skin and actually result in more pigmentation.

Also if the type of pigmentation isn’t correctly diagnosed, the long term outcome of some treatments could be worse.

A Cosmelan peel is an option we find always gives results beyond our expectations.

Its works by breaking down any pigmentation in the skin, peeling off pigmentation and preventing pigmentation from being formed.

The result is global skin clarity, luminosity and a more even colour.

The other benefit is one treatment, like in this picture, if often enough and it can be used on any skin colour and age.

Downside is the treatment does come with a week of skin redness and swelling and peeling, and over time pigment can return, especially is known triggers are not avoided.
