Low stomach acid is far more common than people realise. If you take antacids, there is a 99.9% chance you have low stomach acid issues, and not high stomach acid issues you may have been led to believe.

And when stomach acid is low, digestion doesn’t work the way it should.

Protein isn’t properly broken down. Minerals like zinc, iron and B12 become harder to absorb. Gut microbes shift out of balance. Undigested food ferments in the gut causing bloating, reflux, gas and food intolerances.

This is why simply taking probiotics or cutting foods out often doesn’t fix the real problem.

Your body needs adequate stomach acid to properly start the digestive process.

Everyone blames sugar. But one of the most common ingredients in modern “health foods” is refined starch.

How many ingredients panels do you see these on:

• maltodextrin
• rice flour
• tapioca flour
• corn starch
• modified food starch

These ingredients are cheap fillers used to bulk up food and improve texture.

The problem? They break down into glucose extremely quickly, often faster than table sugar.

Which can mean:

• blood sugar spikes

Liver flushing is NOT the same as a juice cleanse. The 7-day Gut Lab Liver Flush involves:
1. a gentle detox diet (nothing too hard, your gym & work routine can remain the same on days 1-5)
2. specific dietary additions that facilitate softening of liver/gallbladder sludge & stones
3. powerful (but simple) techniques on day 6 that result in a bile flow push that can shift hepatic blockages and move sludge/stones through the bowel and into the toilet 🚽

Disclaimer! You CAN literally achieve clearer eyes/skin and feel better by day 7 on a flush. I do every time, which is why I keep doing them! However, it’s relative to the person. In some clients it is necessary to repeat the flush. Personally, I flushed monthly for 9 months, and now I choose to flush regularly when it fits my life. Once you’ve flushed correctly it’s a powerful health tool you have on hand to repeat whenever.

The very first time I did a liver flush my mum looked at me and asked me if I’d had something done to my face 😂🤷🏼‍♀️ …this is 1.5 years later, still doing them, still feeling the benefits. When I religiously did them monthly, the results were incredible. Consistency enhances it so much. White whites, less ‘tired’ wrinkles, brighter skin. Prior to today, my last flush was 2 months ago. Yesterday I honestly said to myself (as I always do on day 6 which is the ‘hard day’ 😂) “fk this after this flush I’m not doing another one for months I’m having a break!” …then, today (and every other day 7) when I walk past a mirror I’m like “I really should do this more often” 😭😂
