Bodytalk Brain/Bodymind Balande

One of the techniques used in Bodytalk is the Cortices Technique. The theory behind this technique is that all diseases are reflected in the brain at some level. All that is problematic with the body is reflected in the brain as faulty activity. By balancing the brain with this technique, we are asking the brain to check itself and reassess. We are resetting what may have become normal function/pattern for us. We are in effect pressing the reset button. This technique practised daily is beneficial to helping the body and mind to release stress and regularly check all is connected and running at top capacity.

In the HelioSol system, we use light and colour to bring in a desired frequency into the body or sometimes to tone down an excess being held in the body. It has been researched and practised by many cultures. Healing takes place by using the right colour or wavelength to bring balance to a part of the body that is depleted or struggling. The innate of the body leads us to the right colour. It is amazing to ask the patient lying down while being in a relaxed state to imagine a colour, to see it, and to bring it into their body, the colour that comes into their mind is always the colour and wavelength they needed to help shift and balance. We use the Chinese 5 elements theory in a similar way. Ayurverdic Phylosophy is also part of the many tools we use. We allow the body to choose what is the most effective system for them, and sometimes it is a bit of all. All systems from all cultures compliment and all give great results.

RHYTHM AND CYCLES WITHIN AND WITHOUT

Bodytalk therapy is about retraining your own innate wisdom to create the healthiest wholistic version of you that exists in your hologram. This means creating a rhythmic cycle that is in tune with all your internal systems and with those of the environment around you. Once your system feels what it feels to be truly in alignment and connected and balanced, then it begins to self regulate. It is almost like introducing it to another way of being. The brain remembers, and it naturally wants to repeat the patterns that is for our highest evolution. Sometimes, all we need is help to break a circuit, a pattern, an unhealthy way of being.
If you feel you need a boost of something different, then do and try a different modality, see what your body says needs to change, what thoughts and beliefs systems are holding you back.

There's a special soothing and healing feel as the sun is beginning to go down. Taking a walk in the woods and looking up at the sky soaking in through our eyes all the colours is therapy. Balancing and setting our circadian rhythm . Aligning us to the natural rhythm of the earth. Simple steps , yet powerful. The sun, the moon, the stars, the oceans, and plants are powerful healers always there provided to us by our creator. If you walk around unconscious of your surroundings, you are missing out on the most beautiful parts of life.

LIFE BEHIND THE SEEN

In my yoga class today, I asked my body where my attention was needed. As I laid there in stillness, I was drawn to my liver. I took a deep breath and listened. It spoke the words into my mind.. it was letting me feel how it felt. The words were: " I am trying so hard to keep everything functioning, but I am feeling overwhelmed and sad." I then felt the sadness rise and leave as I breathed out. The rest of the yoga practice was a continuation of letting go and integration of what was revealed.

The liver governs the Wei Qi and is responsible for protecting us. It generates anger to alter us of an invasion of our boundaries. This anger needs to move once felt so it doesn't turn into resentment. The livers primary job metaphysically is to guide the evolution of our soul. The liver helps us to see our path in life and make plans to move towards our true self and the healthiest version of ourselves.

Having a healthy nourishing diet is so important, so the liver can regenerate. Becoming aware of the consciousness being held there is even more crucial, as we want the new cells to be formed with the healing and innate intelligence thar helps us evolve not only our body but our soul. 🙏🧡💛💚

I often hear the words "I just want someone to love me as I am," and as the conversation progresses , the question may be, "And how is that?" What does being loved as I am mean? Often, as we ponder on, "Who am I? What do I stand for? Do I love the qualities that are active in my life? If we find behaviours, patterns, and qualities that we can honestly say are not aligned with how we would like to be, going inwards and working hard to change these will bring a sense of appreciation and love for yourself. This feeling, which is true and authentic, will shine through you, and another being will come along to mirror you, and that mirror will show you love because you already have that love.

We are all here to evolve individually, and as a collective, the refining of our virtues is the way. Always go within and dig deep and get to know what motivates you and what intentions are a priority in your life. As we evolve and we are at peace with who and what we are, we become like a shining diamond set in a beautiful designed piece of jewellery . Precious ❤️❣️🤎

When we consider ourselves part of Nature, when we feel deeply the connection that arises while sitting in an open field, when we are in stillness in our being, we feel the simplicity and depth and reality of life. Nature always brings us back to ourselves, our real selves, the masks fall away, and we can experience the unseen and the subtlleness of all living beings. When we are in this connected state, our body truly heals. Our cells receive harmonious and loving guidance from our psychological and emotional fields to be in harmony and health with our biology. They all work together and communicate in order to create Homeostasis just like the earth does. All our microbiomes are in constant communication within ourselves and with the space we share throughout our lifetime. We don't have to go out of our way or go distances to feel this connection with the earth, we can just begin by noticing and getting to know what is in the environment around us. Get to know your trees around you, sit in the sun, and talk to your plants. Set an intention to be your most authentic self and observe how nature does so, ponder on it, and the answers will come. Follow your inner guidance and all that is not for you or is not you will fall away.

Many athletes take advantage of the preparation sessions, especially designed to enhance his or her abilities for a particular event. Your body knows what systems could do with refinement before you consciously become aware of it. Having a Bodytalk session before a recovery sauna can be so beneficial as very specific areas or systems get highlighted in order to balance and strengthen or just re-establish good communication and harmony within all functions of the body mind in order to be at our best.

When our minds are free from hardened or set belief systems, we see the world around us clearly and full of potential. We have fewer self-imposed restrictions. Can we rid ourselves of the structures that were set up perhaps many years ago ? How do we become aware of belief systems that are no longer useful and yet have a huge impact on our everyday lives?
Many clients are surprised when we begin to dig deep and bring to light beliefs that have been in the background, influencing their decisions and life choices. Let your body speak as it will by-pass your thinking mind, and many truths about yourself will unravel. Becoming aware gives you the opportunity to change what no longer serves you. When thoughts change, feelings change, actions change, and your life changes.
The first session is often very revealing as it allows us to see ourselves from a different higher perspective.
