Money, career, relationship, if it’s not showing up the way you desire it to, it’s all kind of the same block.

Your current experience is created by what you have subconsciously decided is safe, and anything your mind has linked to a lack of safety is harder to create.

This means inner work may be required if you want to manifest a different possibility for yourself.

Start by asking yourself “What would be the worse thing about getting what I’m asking for?”

That will help show you what weird and wonderful things your mind has linked to your desires.

Does my picture trigger your witch wound?

Does it invoke emotion or pain from a past that might not even be fully recognisable to your mind?

Within the subconscious or energy field we can carry all sorts of data (beliefs, suppressed emotion, and trauma) that can influences our current choices in ways we may not be consciously aware of.

You will struggle to create the relationships, jobs and other experiences that really work for you if you’re not willing to acknowledge and claim your power and realise how your connection to the Universe can be used to change the things in your life so that everything works in your favour.

People will resist their power because they don’t want to be like people who have abused theirs, but they can also resist it because of the wounding they carry from other lives when they were persecuted for the magic they were willing to be that was beyond the norm.

Sometimes the subconscious doesn’t know the difference between then and now.

So this is a reminder you can reclaim your power to be one with the Universe and create your life and not end up burnt at the stake.

Are you ready for an adventure of self discovery?

I’m teaching the Basic and Advanced Theta Healing classes online this month.

These two classes teach you how to be a practitioner of Theta Healing so that you can assist others ( or yourself) heal or change whatever they desire.

These classes are vulnerable, they open you up to discover who you are beyond your belief systems. They can help you to build your trust in both yourself and the Universe, and they will also help you to discover what intuitive abilities you have and how you can use them to your advantage.

There are a lot of fun exercises..

🧙 And you get to learn how to intuitively read the information stored within someone’s body

What does power mean to you?

When I work with clients to assist them to remove the subconscious blocks they have limiting them from achieving their desires, often there can be a resistance to stepping into their true power.

The reason can be that they have misidentified what power is because they seen too many people misuse theirs. They don’t want to be like anyone who has abused them or made them feel inferior in any way.

The truth is being in your power can mean a lot of things, like knowing you have the ability to choose or change or influence any situation you are in, but it doesn’t mean taking another person’s power away to do so.

People who function that way are filtering their need for power through their wounding. They haven’t reclaimed their power back after having experiences that have made them feel powerless, and so they are unconsciously stuck in a cycle of perpetrating what was done to them onto others.

This is why doing the inner work is important. There is a process in reclaiming power and ending cycles of limitation.

🧙 First you have to be present with the situations that are unresolved and allow any trauma created by the experiences to dissipate.

🧙 Next you have to integrate what you have learnt from the experiences you have had by being curious about why that situation was created by looking at it from different angles.

🧙 Then you have to acknowledge what is different about you, because being in your power doesn’t turn you into an abusive person. It just allows you to be more of you and gives you the ability to manifest your life better.

When you acknowledge the power you have, you bring the reality that is aligned with your being into the physical world, and isn’t that why you choose to be on this planet?

I’ve been pretty quiet online recently, or maybe more than just recently.

In my mind there has been so much to say, yet I’ve not wanted to speak from misalignment.

I believe to facilitate, empower or assist one to heal, one must be just as generous with themselves, and that is the journey I’ve been on, part of that being not to put pressure on myself to be so verbal but instead go within.

July has felt like a new beginning for me, maybe it connects to my astrology placements, or something my being put in place beyond time or maybe it’s just what is required now.

New beginnings sometimes require a lot of questioning to know what path to take next.
What’s true? What resonates? And who or what do I desire to contribute to?

That’s what I’ve been asking as I update my website, start scheduling things in for the rest of the year and attend healing classes myself to break old patterns.

So if you have wondered where I am, or what I am doing or perhaps what my offerings are now…

There will be some others offerings coming soon, but for now the Universe is just telling me to just be with what is and create space for more to be received, and maybe that is a message for more than just myself ❤️
