At Sally Louise Yoga we focus on providing safe and enjoyable yoga classes for people at all stages of life. Connecting and community is important to us.

We teach full spectrum classes, to ensure your whole body is addressed at every class to best balance you physically, mentally and energetically. All teachers have been trained by Sally to ensure there is deep understanding of the anatomical science of yoga throughout all studio’s. Teachers bring the ‘sallylouise’ brand of yoga to their classes, along with their own unique essence. We encourage you to experience a variety of our teachers at SL Yoga as each one has their individual qualities to offer you. Affordability is important to us. Meeting the needs of the locals is important to us. We all love yoga and we love teaching. So when you’re ready, come and join us!

Today I officially say farewell to sallylouiseyoga as I pivot in to a new career of psychotherapy and bioresonance.. to my yoga followers- we had some great days together from mats down in my lounge room to our jan juc sanctuary space to our venture in Gilbert Street Torquay and finally to Bellbrae mud studio .. I will be forever grateful for these days, in particular, to you- the soulful yogis who accompanied me through the past 13 years. Thank you so much 💚 moving forward my online YTT course and private yoga tuition will still be available. It is exciting times ahead with Bloomsbury about to release Wayno’s first book, The Awareness Code, to the UK, then the US and then in February to AUS and the rest of the world .. and together, we are building an online psychotherapy service and training centre called Awareness Code Global Training Centre. Stay in touch - I’ll keep you in the loop.. Big Hug 💜
