Within our Toukley Family Practice complex there is a large treatment room staffed by experienced practice nurses skilled in the delivery of wound care, childhood & adult immunisations, health assessments & pre-employment medicals and who are also equipped to provide our patients with ECG recordings, hearing tests, blood sugar monitoring, INR monitoring and other community care co-ordinating activities. Our Chronic Disease Management clinics operate Monday to Friday and are staffed by registered nurses with additional training, who in collaboration with your GP, are able to assist you to create a care plan to meet your healthcare goals.
