I am passionate about creating the space for women to have the experience of feeling their truth. I believe this is vital to the collective harmony + balance + joy of women and our society as a whole. I's so excited about this idea and feel it in my womb and in my heart. this is the essence of my work. I am an Integrative Health Practitioner. I have a Diploma of Health science in Kinesiology and Mind Body Medicine. I am also a Neurofeedback Technician + have a passion and detailed understanding of the brain and its patterns of disharmony. How do I work in clinic? I am really interested in you and therefore I need to understand you on an emotional, physical and spiritual levell, so we complete a detailed intake form to gain this unique understanding of you. Along with a diagnosis of your pulse and tongue. This is really useful as it provides me with very precise information about you and how i can tailor our sessions together. Kinesiology is a highly effective light-touch therapy that works with the source of pain and dysfunction and the whole body simultaneously. For the most part, our bodies do amazing jobs of finding ways to work around the stresses and strains caused by our life experiences, such as chronic stress, childhood falls or trauma, or illnesses. With Kinesiology we recognise that, given proper support, the body will move to heal itself, creating a custom solution to the problem that is causing that pain or discomfort. be it emotional, physical. I assist you to move away from the old or new patterns that hold you back from living your best life, getting you closer to your truth. Examples of what Kinesiology can help:

Brain Integration — what it is, and how I work with it.

I’ve trained through EEG info; a long established, worldwide neurofeedback school and clinical community, which grounds neurofeedback as a method of supporting the brain’s natural capacity for self-regulation.

Neurofeedback is, simply put, brain training. Sensors gently measure your brainwave activity; nothing is pushed into the system. By showing the brain its own rhythms in real time, it learns to modulate itself more efficiently. Over weeks of work, these shifts become accessible even outside the session.

When I offer Brain Integration I often combine this with kinesiology so we’re working with the whole system, body and brain. We begin by exploring where the nervous system is holding tension, dysregulation or overwhelm. Then, through neurofeedback, we give the brain information that allows it to re-pattern more adaptive rhythms, and through body-based work we support the nervous system to integrate those changes.

Brain integration is especially helpful when you’re experiencing: mental fog, overwhelm, looping thoughts, sleep disruption, stress reactivity, fatigue, or difficulty settling into your body. Over time many people notice clearer thinking, more stable mood, improved focus, deeper rest, and a sense of nervous system ease that trickles into daily life.

Because my training comes from EEG Info’s Othmer Method lineage; a method refined over decades, with hundreds of clinicians worldwide; the work is safe, grounded and responsive to your unique brain.

Vietnam. China. Morocco. Soon the foothills of the Himalayas.

We walk. We listen. We meet the people who call these places home.

We move with the rhythm of the land and allow it to inform us. These journeys are not holidays. They are pilgrimages that open us to connection, wonder, and the wild parts of ourselves that we have perhaps forgotten.

Along the way, we sit with the traditional wellness practices each culture has carried for generations. From the slow, steady breath of Tai Chi in China, to herbal wisdom and ancient healing rituals in Vietnam, to the deep spiritual lineage of India’s yogic and meditative traditions, to Morocco’s ancestral practices that nourish body and spirit.

These aren’t demonstrations. They are living, breathing lineages shared by the people who hold them.

I hold these spaces with the same grounded presence I bring to my therapeutic work. You are invited to move at your own pace, to be held by the group, and to return home changed in the best possible way.

✨ India called… and I finally answered. ✨

For as long as I can remember, I’ve had a deep desire to travel; to wander, to explore, to feel the pulse of new places. Somewhere along the way, I buried that dream, convincing myself that maybe it wasn’t the right time. But dreams have a way of whispering back to us, don’t they? One day, mine said, “It’s not too late.” 🌍

India had always held a quiet pull in my heart. My maternal grandfather looked Indian, though it was never confirmed. Yet as I walked the streets, breathed in the spices, met the people, and sat in the stillness of temples, I felt something shift; a sense of knowing. It’s as if this land carried his essence, woven through its rhythm and soul. 🇮🇳

Travelling with and 12 other incredible women, her divinely curated journey made the experience even more magical; a blend of reflection, connection, and pure presence. ✨

Day 5 of the Chhath Puja Celebrations; Jodhpur, India 🇮🇳 ✨

Yesterday I had the incredible honor of witnessing Day 5 of Chhath Puja, a beautiful festival devoted to worshipping the Sun God (Surya) and thanking him for sustaining life on earth. The air in Jodhpur was alive with vibrancy, devotion, and joy; families gathered along the water, singing prayers, offering fruits, and celebrating together.

I shared a warm cup of masala chai with locals, who welcomed me with such kindness who placed a turmeric tilak (a sacred mark on the forehead symbolizing blessing and protection) on me.

To celebrate this tradition, surrounded by faith and community, is something I’ll never forget. India’s spirit truly shines brightest through its festivals.

I’ve just launched 'In Rhythm with the Wild', a series of soulful travel adventures for those who crave not just to see the world, but to feel it.

Each destination has been chosen for its depth of culture, tradition, and natural beauty. Together, we’ll meander through laneways and marketplaces, step into ancient healing rituals, and wander to places where awe takes our breath away.
With intimate groups of only 10 travellers, we’ll be guided by locals, share meals, and capture culture through our lens.

Every journey also includes 1-2 days in retreat — tucked away in nature, where we slow down, reflect, and reconnect with ourselves and the path ahead.
