How much exercise should you be doing each week? 🤷‍♀️

According to Australian guidelines, adults aged 18-64 should aim for at least 150 minutes of moderate aerobic activity per week, plus strength training on at least 2 days.

But are we doing it?
📊 2022 AIHW data shows that only 1 in 4 adults are meeting both the aerobic and strength training guidelines

⚠️ With physical inactivity being on of the leading, modifiable risk factors for mortality, it’s time to make a change.
