Wednesday Wellness Tip:
💦Hydrate Often – Water keeps discs and joints lubricated!
🍋🍓🥒If you're not a fan of plain old water, try adding some lemon, berries or cucumber to mix it up!
😵While we love tea and coffee, they don't really count as hydration as they are diuretics (make you go to the toilet).
