We’re excited to announce that our BeLoved community is growing, and we are looking for passionate and experienced Support Workers to join our team. We seek individuals who are flexible, can work on short notice, and are open to longer, more permanent shifts.
Qualifications for BeLoved Support Workers:
• Working With Children Check
• NDIS Workers Check
• Medication Administration Training (preferred)
• Currently studying (or willing to begin) in disability, aged, or individual support, or have 2+ years of relevant experience
• First Aid and Basic Life Support Certificate
• A valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle
• Must reside locally in Townsville
Most importantly, you should possess:
• A genuine commitment to teamwork
• A positive attitude and empathy for individuals with disabilities
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to connect with people
• Proactive problem-solving abilities
• A solid understanding of professional ethics and duty of care
