I need to vent
I’m an independent Support Coordinator and I’m looking forward to NDIS realigning my job to become a Navigation.
I w**d out the corporate corruption and incompetence in a caring profession I’ve worked in for 30+ years
To have companies that promote profit above quality outcome exposed as values bankrupt.
I’m sick of seeing them devaluing people by including them in advertising, especially seeing heavily labelled vehicles outside of people homes to advertise ‘here’s a vulnerable person!’
Challenging Nationalised services who that takes income out of local communities.
Discourse on why they employ underskilled people to judge and manipulate vulnerable people.
I worked through the years of institutional care and abuse, nothings changed it’s just prettier and subversive abuse.
Yes I’m angry, tired of fighting the abuses of a system misused and a community that allows injustice.
