Another good option is to eat organic (where you choose) or to support more ethical, local businesses by purchasing their local products.
If the animal products you eat consume grains/wheats, toxic chemicals by the way of unnatural farming practices (injections), seafood from toxic waters or if the food is made in a high stress state (eg: mass farmed caged chickens laying eggs) then remember toxicity & frequency of food goes directly into your systems.
