While travelling abroad, when & how I consume food can vary.
I am flexible to suit the situation.
I still donโt consume red meats, chicken or pork, however I may on certain days have a little steamed fish with my scrambled eggs (I genuinely need to feel like seafood to consume it though otherwise that too is a hard no ~ I listen to my body)
I consume a lot of miso & fermented foods at home as part of my staple diet.
I simply switch them to enjoy at breakfast when in Japan.
When we spend the day snowboarding we are up early to graze slowly at the hotel buffet consuming small portions of a variety of foods.
Then we are ready to hit the mountain to play for the day! โ๏ธ๐๏ธ๐๐๐ผ๐
Also, what about this mountain view while having breaky! ๐
