Sometimes the cost of staying in something becomes yourself.
If your goals, life situation, relationships, or work require you to abandon your values, silence your needs, or sacrifice your peace just to make it work… it’s not alignment.
Alignment doesn’t ask you to betray who you are.
It doesn’t demand that you shrink, tolerate disrespect, or live in a constant state of stress just to keep things together.
Real alignment feels different.
It allows you to stay connected to your values.
It protects your peace.
It lets you be fully yourself — not a version of you that survives by self-abandonment.
Sometimes the bravest thing you can do is pause and ask:
“Is this truly aligned with the life I want to live?”
Because anything that requires you to lose yourself in order to keep it…
was never meant to keep you. ✨
